We don’t do ‘trends’ but we’re stoked that the Megaformer workout is gaining broader appeal. We have known this for years! Lagree Fitness is simply the most efficient workout one can achieve in a relatively short amount of time - more intensity, less time.

With it’s center carriage, front and rear platforms, and various spring tension options each workout delivers a high intense, low impact workout engaging multiple muscles and muscle groups all at once. The workout forces a greater awareness in movement resulting in stimulated neuromuscular activity. It is why we have a deliberately slow pace. You’ll hear us repeat this phrase constantly during class - “the slower you go, the more muscle you use, the greater the result.”
The American Council on Exercise defines movement as the result of muscle force, where actions at one body segment affect successive body segments along the kinetic chain. The ability of an individual to move efficiently requires that his or her body possesses appropriate levels of both stability and mobility.
