Where are you from and then...?

I’m from Oregon and I was over my jeans always getting wet at the bottom so I moved to sunny Arizona. Took a detour in San Diego, which is where I discovered Lagree. 

What music defines your style?

House and EDM are my workout jams 

What's your fav comfort dish?

Italian style pizza - The Parlour is my favorite for pizza

What Mega MOVE fires you up?

I love Express lunge and Skating for lower. Reverse tailbone angel is great because you can really fire up the core as well. Bear anywhere!

What part of the world speaks to you?

Give me ocean and mountains. Not a big city girl
